Office accounts (4 or more licensed agents) that are handled by a staff member offer unlimited Open Home postings for only $1.75/ agent/ month, whereas Individual Agent accounts cost $3.00/ month and require an up-front payment of $36.00 for the first year of service. 

We're passing on the savings of time and resources from working with a "point person" to the Brokers/Office Managers who choose the former account type for their agents. Once again, there are no setup fees.
