To Add an Open Home to HomeBuyersTour.com, you must first register for what we call a PostOpen account. Licensed brokers and agents, office administrators, and FSBO's (For Sale by Owners) are eligible. Registration calls for standard information such as your brokerage details (if you are a licensed broker, salesperson, or administrator working for one), your name, a User ID and password, and the acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Once this is done you are free to post your Open Home ad(s). FSBO's will use the FULL FORM to do this while brokers, agents, and office staff will take advantage of the QUICK FORM which, through our data licensing agreement with local MLS Associations, retrieves and posts most of the necessary information for them, including color photos, sketches, and remarks. All accounts will enjoy deadline-free submissions, 24-hour editing priviledges and many more unique features.

However, only after you've chosen a billing option and we've received either your payment or credit card information, will your account status be "Active" and your Open Home(s) available to visiting homebuyers.

Brokers/Office Managers and Agents adding multiple Open Homes:
